It has been uncovered that a panel set up by President Muhammadu Buhari was responsible for picking Magu at a traffic stop.

The Nation further announced that Magu was stopped in a traffic while moving out of the Wuse II Extension of the EFCC in Abuja and the invitation was extended to him.

The other one is that a large portion of the recorvered assets by the EFCC were supposedly sold by Magu without informing anybody.

 

PDP approached the acting EFCC executive to promptly step aside and submit himself for an independent investigation to show his innocence.
